These policies apply to The Unhurried Founder, a paid email newsletter (₹99.99 a month).

What gets delivered

The Unhurried Founder is a digital product. Nothing physical is shipped, and there are no shipping charges.

How it's delivered

• Letters are sent by email to the address you subscribed with.
• A new letter goes out most Sundays.
• Your first letter arrives with the next Sunday send after you subscribe.
• Razorpay also emails you a payment confirmation as soon as your payment succeeds.

If a letter doesn't arrive

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it isn't there, email theunhurriedfounder@gmail.com and I'll resend it, usually within two days.

Changing your email address

Email me from your old address with the new one, and future letters will go there.
