Refunds & Cancellation

These policies apply to The Unhurried Founder, a paid email newsletter (₹99.99 a month).

The subscription

The Unhurried Founder costs ₹99.99 a month. You're billed on the same date each month, starting from the day you subscribe, until you cancel.

How to cancel

• Email theunhurriedfounder@gmail.com from the address you subscribed with and say you'd like to cancel.
• I'll confirm by email, usually within two days.
• Cancelling stops all future charges. Nothing renews after that.
• You keep receiving letters until the end of the month you've already paid for.

Refunds

• Cancelling mid-month: the current month isn't refunded. You keep the access you paid for until it ends.
• Charged by mistake or twice: email me and I'll refund the extra charge in full.
• Charged after you cancelled: email me and I'll refund it in full.
• Letters never arrived: if I can't fix delivery, I'll refund that month.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. They usually reach your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
